Dr Chuma Osuchukwu

CEO
Dr. Chuma Osuchukwu, is a former diplomat,  the CEO of Apex leadership Consult (ALC) and an executive coach.  

He was the special assistant to two consecutive ministers of science and technology over a period of six years. His working career spans across the public, private and voluntary sectors of the economy. Chuma's  experience at the top of governance in these various sectors has been hugely beneficial to the leaders who have engaged his executive coaching services 

Chuma holds an MBA and a PhD in experiential learning and leadership. He belongs to several professional organisations and his coaching practice is guided by their codes of practice. He is a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF); a master level member of European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC); a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (Advance HE); a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (FinstLM); a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC); a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) and a Life Member of Omicron Psi, among others. 

Chuma is the  author of the best selling leadership books 'The Learning Leader and the 5 Perspectives of Change Leadership (third edition), Coaching the HE Learner: A Self Leadership Approach to Motivation, 12  Laws of Money for Young Leaders among other leadership publications. 

His strong leadership skills have been of immense value to many C-Suite leaders and their organisations. In his executive coaching practice, he has been of help to leaders  in the following areas:

Dr Joanna Doehe

Chief Operating Officer
Dr. Joanna Doehe drives the talents and the experience of our formidable team into achieving the goals of Apex Leadership Consult.  She has a huge experience with strategy implementation within the coaching  industry. 

Her strong leadership skills, creativity and efficiency enables ALC to consistently meet our clients'  needs. She is responsible for  our performance management and annual operating plans. 

She also ensures that ALC complies with governmental and statutory business regulations.  Joanna oversees our operations, and maintains relationship with key clients and  partners. 

Joanna holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Doctorate in Business Administration specialising in Human Resources Management. She is a certified coach and her coaching interest areas include:

Dr Christian Marino

Chief Investment Officer
Dr. Christian Marino oversees, manages and monitors ALC investment activities.  He oversees ALC's asset portfolios and develops short and long-term investment plans, recommends investments and assigns assets. 

He leads the investment strategy for ALC and produces investment reports and reviews. Christian's credentials include a huge experience in the financial industry and  a Doctorate in Business Administration.
