    Monday - Friday: 9AM to 6PM

  • Can I pick the same time slot every week?

    Yes. For consistency of coaching and mentoring sessions, we endeavour to keep your appointment the same throughout your sessions. However, if there is a need to alter the time or day of your session, you will need to discuss and agree this with your coach.

  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We accept all major payment methods including debit/credit cards and paypal.

  • What happens if I miss my appointment?

    Missed sessions are paid in full.

  • Can I cancel my appointment at any time?

    Regular attendance is a very important factor for achieving desired outcomes. We are dedicated to providing effective strategies and tools to achieve your coaching goals. This includes maintaining consistency in your regular weekly appointments. 


    As a specific time is allocated to you every week until the coaching ends, we will not be able to reallocate your time to someone else.


    a) If you cancel later than 48 hours to your coaching session, full fees are payable. 

    b) If you cancel on/before 48hrs ahead of your appointment, 50% of your fee will be credited to your next payment.
