2033 Agenda For Entrepreneurship 4.0

The fourth phase of Apex Leadership Consult's  vision of producing  50,000 entrepreneurs within the next 10 years is commencing in January 2024.  Registration is now open for the trainees.

Following on from the previous editions, we are on a mission to train, coach and mentor these young entrepreneurs to enable them start up their businesses.  That means we will, in partnership with other organisations that share this vision, produce 5,000 young business leaders every year beginning from January 2024 for the next 10 years.

The economic implications for any economy we get into is enormous. Apart from the immediate impact of helping to reduce unemployment for that economy, it will boost revenue generation for the economy through these start-ups.

In the short run, the government’s unemployment statistics will drop by at least these 5,000 individuals who will be taken off from the unemployment register every year. In the long run, our projection is that from the fourth year of each trained and coached entrepreneur, they become potentially, employers of labour and could engage up to 5 other people in their businesses. This means that every four years, we can create jobs for 25,000 individuals.  ALC and its partners will equip the young people with entrepreneurial, leadership and financial skills as well as signpost them to sources of funding to help them start off their businesses. We are on a mission to alleviate poverty and create a sustainable future for these  young people who will not only be self sustaining but will contribute to the growth of their national economy.
